I find these lovely powder/trinket dishes so useful, just for keeping all sorts of nik naks, such as kirbees, safety pins or bits of jewellery. This one has is cut crystals with a silver top, which is hallmarked for Birmingham 1950. It was made by Broadway and Co, who at the time, had been going since 1903. The silver top has a very Art Deco design, it has also been engraved with initials, which I think are WJ or WI. The inside of the lid there is a mirror. The bowl measures approx. 11.5x5.5cm
