This very pretty parure is by DeMario of New York, who founded his Company in 1945.  The work produced by him is reminiscent of that created by Miriam Haskell, using intricately hand wired clasps and centrepieces to decorate necklaces of glass beads and artificial pearls. They made exquisite jewellery, which is highly sought after by collectors.  The company went out of production in the 1960's.  Here we have a three stranded necklace and bracelet made up of a variety of glass beads in shades of blue. The clasp on the bracelet and the clip earrings are the same, wired with a selection of glass beads onto a silvertone filigree back. The necklace and bracelet have recently been restrung. Clip earrings. Necklace measures approx. 35cm extending to41cm. The bracelet measures approx. 19cm, the clasp measures 3cm. The clip earrings measure 3cm
