In the Art Deco period Jade was the stone du jour!! So naturally the costume jewellery makers had to find something that represented this beautiful natural stone, they did, and they call it Peking glass. So here we have a Czech piece, where Peking glass beads have been connected with gold tone filigree links. The links have got a lovely patina so it has a warm look. The necklace measures approx. 44cm, the beads measure approx. 1.2cm
