Riviera was founded by 'Solly' Reichenberg, who came to London as a refugee during WWII. He had once owned a Company in France hence the name of his new Company in England. Apparently his Company was in the top three of British Handbag manufacturing. This bag just shows the quality of his workmanship. It is made in a light brown Lizard skin with gold tone frame and clasp. The inside is lined with a light brown suede, the two open pockets have been trimmed with Lizard skin. There is also a zippered pocket. The base of the bag has four gold tone studs. Measures 23x16.5x6.5cm. The bag is in very good condition however I would point out that there are three small spots and a dark patch in the corner on the inside of the bag.
