Marvella was originally established by  Sol Weinrich in Philadelphia around 1911.  The Company specialised in making costume jewellery incorporating  simulated pearls, so this piece is quite unusual.  The whole necklace has been set with soft yellow and black diamond crystals, in a gold tone frame.  The centrepiece is quite magnificent with the “ribbon” of baguette stones weaving around the large heart shaped unfoiled stones.  The necklace measures 37.5cm extending to 45 cm, the centrepiece measures 5.5x5cm.
