I thought that brooch maybe by Trifari or Mazer, but there is no signature. It is made of textured gold tone metal in a lovely 3 dimensional design. There is a “ribbon” which has been pave set with little diamantes. It is a great all round piece. Measures approx. 6.2x4.7cm
