This pretty little pin is in the style made famous by Danish silversmith Georg Jensen.  It has a wonderful organic design, which was so popular in the Art Nouveau period.  The silver metal (although not marked, has tested positive for silver) has been shaped into a flower with leaves and buds.  The flower has a single garnet coloured crystal in its centre.  Measures 5.7x2.5cm.  This brooch has not been lacquered so it will need buffed up from time to time with a silver polishing cloth.
