Pell was founded in New York by the Gaita brothers in 1941. Fifi the French poodle isn’t she delightful. Her perfectly coiffed fur has been sprinkled with black stones to give her a glittering effect. She has two clear stone eyes. Apparently this Pell design was also made in two other versions - white rhinestones and aurora borealis. Measures 4x3.3cm
