Returns Policy

Chic and Unique want you to be entirely happy with your purchase so we have tried to describe every piece accurately and as close to reality as is possible. Please be sure to read all descriptions, size and condition information provided. We encourage questions before your purchase, and would be happy to provide further photographs.

However if you are unhappy with your on-line purchase for any reason, please e-mail us immediately stating the reasons for your dis-satisfaction. Having contacted Chic and Unique, the item should be returned within 7 days of receipt.  If this timescale is not possible then we would ask that you contact us to discuss the matter further.

Subsequently Chic and Unique will give a full refund, excluding postage and insurance, provided that the item is in the SAME CONDITION as it was sent and returned in the same packaging and manner, i.e. special delivery.  Proof of posting should always be obtained.  Chic and Unique cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost in transit, but will assist in any claims made with the Royal Mail.

*Items purchased in store can be exchanged only (no refunds available)*

 Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded directly back onto the original card used. If any other form of payment has been used then these will be refunded by cheque.
