Term Definition

DRGM (Deutsche Reichs Gebrauchsmuster) is a mark not only found on jewellery but on items ranging from clocks to cameras. The mark was used from 1891 through to the 19650's. The jewellery bearing this mark usually has very distinctive Art Deco geometric designs, made of zinc alloys, set with diamantes/rhinestones.
